I am an attorney, and selling a house can be a really intimidating thing to do, even for someone like me. Should I give it a paint job before I put it on the market? Should I put on a new roof? Should I have it fumigated for termites? What other repairs or improvements should I do? Should I simply try to sell it “as is”? How much should I list it for? How much should I sell it for? So many questions. I didn’t know where to start.
And then I met Brian Christie of the Agents in Action! team and it felt like all of this weight was lifted off of my shoulders.
